Job summary

Schweitzer Engineering Laboratories, Inc. is seeking an Immigration Team Human Resources Specialist to support employment-based immigration processes and provide high-quality case management for internal and external customers.

The role involves handling immigration case files, deadlines, and compliance across sponsorship cycles. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in a related field and 2+ years of immigration/HR experience, with strong attention to detail and excellent

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Legal Studies, International Studies, or related field.
2+ years of related experience in employment-based immigration, HR, recruiting, or related role.
Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple cases, deadlines, and regulatory requirements.
Proficient knowledge of MS Office.
Strong customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

Coordinate with employees, managers, recruiters and immigration counsel to ensure timely case management.
Maintain immigration case files and support foreign national employees throughout sponsorship and immigration lifecycle.
Track deadlines, maintain records, and support reporting and compliance activities.
Conduct routine audits and reporting.
Cross-train with other department members to ensure seamless HR support.
