Job summary

Schweitzer Engineering Laboratories, Inc. in Pullman, WA is looking for an Immigration HR Specialist to join the Immigration Team. The role focuses on employment-based immigration case management, coordinating with employees, managers, recruiters, and immigration counsel to ensure timely, compliant processing.

You will maintain immigration case files, track deadlines, and support the sponsorship lifecycle. A Bachelor's in HR/related field and 2+ years’ experience are preferred; MS Office and

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Admin, Legal Studies, International Studies, or related field.
2+ years in employment-based immigration, HR, or related role.
Strong attention to detail with ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines.

Responsibilities

Coordinate with employees, managers, recruiters, and immigration counsel for timely case management.
Maintain current knowledge of immigration law and deadlines.
Track deadlines, maintain records, and support reporting for immigration programs.
Conduct routine audits and reporting.
Cross-train with other team members to support HR duties.
