Murray Osorio PLLC is seeking a Defensive Attorney to join our team in Fairfax/Charlottesville, VA or Silver Spring, MD. This full-time, hybrid role requires on-site presence three days a week and reports to the Senior Partner.

Candidates should have 0-3 years of immigration law experience, active bar membership, and strong research, writing, and client-facing skills. Growth, leadership, and partnership opportunities are emphasized.

• Conduct comprehensive legal research and analysis of immigration law cases.
• Provide legal advice on asylum, cancellation of removal, and removal defense.
• Prepare and draft legal documents and correspondence meticulously.
• Guide clients through the immigration process with clear communication.
• Lead and manage multiple case files with strong organizational skills.
• Collaborate with paralegals and attorneys to improve case outcomes.
• Stay updated on evolving immigration laws and policies.
