Job summary

Murray Osorio PLLC is seeking a Defensive Attorney to join our team in Fairfax/Charlottesville, VA or Silver Spring, MD. This full-time, hybrid role requires on-site presence three days a week and reports to the Senior Partner.

Candidates should have 0-3 years of immigration law experience, active bar membership, and strong research, writing, and client-facing skills. Growth, leadership, and partnership opportunities are emphasized.

Position Overview

We are seeking a passionate, motivated Defensive Attorney to join our thriving legal team inour Fairfax or Charlottesville, VA, or Silver Spring, Maryland, office. This is a fantastic opportunity for attorneys eager to build their careers, develop leadership skills, and pursue a clear, performance-based path to partnership.

This is a full-time, hybrid position based in Fairfax or Charlottesville, VA, or Silver Spring, Maryland, with the expectation of on-site presence three days a week.

As a valued member of our firm, you will

• Manage your own caseload while meeting case progression benchmarks.
• Collaborate closely with paralegals and fellow attorneys to ensure seamless case handling.
• Participate in firm committees under the guidance of firm partners, contributing to the firm's operations and success.
• Enjoy a hybrid work model, blending flexibility with opportunities to meet clients and attend in-office events.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive legal research and analysis of immigration law cases.
