Responsibilities include managing a caseload, researching immigration law, drafting documents, and guiding clients through asylum and removal processes.

Qualifications

• Active bar membership.
• 0–3 years of immigration law experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Leadership potential and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Manage your own caseload and progress cases.
• Collaborate with paralegals and attorneys to ensure seamless handling.
• Conduct legal research on immigration law and related issues.
• Prepare legal documents and communicate with clients.
• Support firm committees and contribute to operations.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of immigration policies.
