The candidate must have 5+ years of immigration experience with EB-1A, EB-2 NIW, and O-1 visas, and be able to work remotely or hybrid from Troy, MI. You'll manage high-volume caseloads, draft petitions, and liaise with clients and attorneys to ensure timely filings.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in employment-based immigration
• Bachelor's degree and/or Paralegal Certification
• Experience with EB-1A, EB-2 NIW, and O-1 visas
• Strong communication and client-relations skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee a caseload of immigration matters (EB-1A, EB-2 NIW, and O-1 Visas)
• Draft, prepare, and review legal forms, petitions, support letters, and application packages for attorney review
• Track case progress, deadlines, priority dates, and expirations using case management systems
• Communicate regularly with clients to collect information, provide updates, and explain procedures
• Liaise with attorneys, government agencies, and other stakeholders
• Respond to RFEs, NOIDs, and other government correspondence
• Stay updated on changes in immigration laws, policies, and procedures
• Ensure accuracy and compliance with immigration laws and firm policies/SLAs
• File all petitions and applications with the appropriate governmental agencies
• Assist attorneys with audit responses, compliance matters, and special projects as needed
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive client information
• Perform additional duties as assigned; responsibilities may extend beyond those listed above based on firm needs
