Pay: $85,000 – $110,000 annually (based on experience)

Canto Legal Immigration Attorneys is seeking a highly motivated Immigration Attorney to join our growing litigation team. This position is ideal for an attorney with experience in removal defense who can independently manage cases, provide strategic legal guidance, and zealously advocate for clients facing removal proceedings before the Immigration Court while also handling family-based immigration matters in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
Represent clients in removal defense proceedings before the Immigration Court and other immigration agencies. Meet with clients to evaluate their cases, advise them regarding available forms of immigration relief, and develop effective legal strategies tailored to each case. Prepare legal briefs, memorandums, motions, and applications for filing with the Executive Office for Immigration Review (EOIR), U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS), and other government agencies. Manage removal defense matters from initial consultation through final resolution, prepare clients and witnesses for hearings, and provide strong courtroom advocacy. Additionally, handle a variety of family-based immigration matters, including adjustment of status, consular processing, waivers, VAWA, U visas, asylum, naturalization, and family petitions, ensuring accurate case preparation and exceptional client service throughout the legal process.
