Job summary

Jobot, a Miami-based law firm, is seeking an immigration attorney with a JD from an ABA-accredited law school and an active Florida Bar license. The ideal candidate has at least two years of immigration experience, USCIS/EOIR knowledge, and bilingual abilities (Spanish, Haitian Creole, or Portuguese).

You will manage a high-volume caseload in a small, client-focused practice, with direct client contact from day one.

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an ABA accredited law school.
• Active Florida license to practice law in good standing.
• Minimum 2+ years of hands-on immigration law experience.
• Working knowledge of USCIS, EOIR, and immigration court procedures.
• Bilingual proficiency strongly preferred (Spanish, Haitian Creole, or Portuguese).
• Strong client communication skills, with experience serving diverse immigrant communities
• Ability to manage a high volume caseload while maintaining attention to detail and client care
• Comfortable working in a fast paced, small firm environment with direct client contact from day one
