You will own the full case lifecycle for O-1A, EB-1A, EB-2 NIW, and H-1B petitions, consult with top-tier technical talent to assess eligibility, and design creative visa strategies.

Qualifications

• J.D. from an accredited U.S. law school and active U.S. bar membership.
• 1–3 years of dedicated business immigration experience.
• Authorized to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship (U.S. Citizen or Green Card).
• Must be able to work in-person 5 days a week in the San Francisco office.

Responsibilities

• Own the full case lifecycle (intake to USCIS filing) for O-1A, EB-1A, EB-2 NIW, and H-1B petitions.
