Job summary

Connie Chan & Associates, P.C., a fast-paced boutique immigration law firm in San Francisco, is seeking a motivated Immigration Attorney to join the team and represent clients across a wide range of immigration matters.

You will handle heavy caseloads, draft motions and briefs, and appear in immigration interviews, as well as immigration court or federal court when required. Strong writing skills and meticulous attention to detail are essential; CA admission is preferred.

Qualifications

• Admission to practice law in at least one U.S. jurisdiction; California preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of immigration law experience across family-, employment-based, asylum, and removal proceedings.
• Strong writing, organizational skills, and attention to detail.
