About Us:Rafael Tirado & Associates is an immigration law firm dedicated to providing high-quality legal representation to individuals and families navigating the complexities of U.S. immigration law. We are seeking a passionate and motivated entry-level attorney to join our team.

Job Description:The Entry-Level Immigration Attorney will support our litigation and USCIS practice. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, a strong communicator, and eager to learn. This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience with frequent client contact, courtroom advocacy, and a wide variety of immigration matters.

Key Responsibilities:

Represent clients in immigration court for dockets, hearings, and trials
Attend USCIS interviews and respond to officer inquiries
Prepare and file motions, pleadings, and discovery responses
Conduct legal research and draft memoranda, briefs, and correspondence
Review and sign off on prepared pleadings and filings
Analyze and review new client cases and develop legal strategies
Communicate effectively with clients, court staff, and government agencies
Stay current with developments in immigration law and policy

Qualifications:

J.D.
Licensed and in good standing with a state bar
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to manage multiple cases in a fast-paced environment
Spanish fluency preferred but not required
Commitment to immigrant rights and advocacy
