National law firm has an immediate opening for an Immigration Paralegal (Immigration Case Coordinator). The successful candidate will have the freedom to work fully remote.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and file non-immigrant applications/petitions (E, H, L, TN, O), immigrant petitions (EB 1 to 3), and adjustment of status, as well as immigrant visa applications.
  • Oversee labor certification filings (PERM) and understand the entire process.
  • Understand prevailing wage concepts and calculation of wage levels.
  • Be familiar with Delitizer and Kazarian concepts.
  • Perform case intake, analyze documents, and draft correspondence or memos.
  • Maintain positive client contact and confidentiality.
  • Organize client documentation, monitor workload, and manage case status reports.
  • Communicate regularly with clients and foreign nationals.
  • Support other tasks and projects for the Immigration Group.
Qualifications, Skills, and Abilities:
  • Bachelor’s degree or paralegal certification; equivalent experience considered.
  • Minimum of 3 years of paralegal experience.
  • Experience with non-immigrant applications/petitions and labor certification filings.
  • Experience with INSZoom preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and document management systems.
  • Strong organizational, writing, and communication skills.
