Manager, Talent Solutions at Lawyers on Demand (a Consilio Company)

Our client, a global and dynamic immigration law firm, is seeking an experienced EB-5 attorney to join their team. This attorney will be responsible for SOF (“Source of Fund”) drafting and related tasks, e.g. requesting and collecting documents, forensic analysis of fund sources, and client communication.

• Duration: 6+ months
• Hours per week: Initially 20-30, with likely ramp up to 35-40
• Location: 100% remote
• Rate: $65-75 per hour

Requirements

• Attorney with at least 2-3 years of recent experience handling EB-5 Investor Program applications.
• Strong writing skills to document the SOF pathway and tell the client’s story.
• Must have significant EB-5 experience at all stages of the process.
• License to practice law in any U.S. jurisdiction, active and in good standing, is required.
