Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Immigration Attorney, located in Chicago, IL. The Immigration Attorney will be responsible for providing legal advice and representation on various immigration issues, preparing and filing visa applications, representing Clients before Immingration Court and managing legal cases related to immigration. Day-to-day tasks include client consultations, case research, immigration court hearings and preparing legal documents.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Immigration Law and handling Immigration Issues before USCIS and EOIR.
• Experience with Removal Defense, Visas and related legal documentation
• Strong skills in managing Legal Issues and case research related to immigration
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Bar admission in any state
• Experience in a multilingual work environment is a plus
