An established industry player is seeking a skilled Business Immigration Attorney to provide expert advice to large employers. This part-time role offers the flexibility to work remotely while engaging with a sophisticated Texas law firm. Candidates should have extensive experience in business immigration law, particularly with EB-5 and E-2 visas, and possess an active Texas law license. Are you a Texas attorney with a strong background in business immigration advising large employers? Would you enjoy the opportunity to work part time for a sophisticated Texas law firm? If so, this position may be a great fit for you.
Pay: The annualized pay for this position ranges from $155,000 to $185,000 on a full-time basis. Pay for contract engagements is based on multiple factors including but not limited to work experience, qualifications, credentials, location, market supply/demand, and the candidate’s preference.
Benefits: In addition to pay, all Latitude Attorneys and other legal professionals working on contract engagements receive complimentary professional liability insurance coverage. All Latitude employees (including those on contract engagements) are also eligible for full benefits when working 20+ hours per week, including group medical, dental, and vision insurance, and complimentary group life, LTD and AD&D insurance. A qualified 401k plan is also available. Benefits-eligible Latitude Attorneys also receive a CLE and Professional Expense stipend.
