Job summary

Jobot is seeking a highly motivated Immigration Attorney to join our dynamic legal team. This permanent position involves advising on a broad range of transactional, class action, and employee-related matters in a fast-paced environment.

The successful candidate will draft and review contracts, represent the organization in proceedings, and develop strategies ensuring compliance with laws and regulations while working across departments. A JD and 3+ years of experience are required.

Qualifications

• JD degree from an accredited law school.
• Licensed attorney in good standing with at least 3 years of experience in transactional law, class action lawsuits, and employee-related issues.
• Exceptional legal research, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong negotiation skills with the ability to resolve complex legal issues practically.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to explain complex legal concepts to non-legal personnel.
• High ethical standards and professional integrity.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficient in legal research software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience in the legal industry is a must.
