Job summary

Clark Hill PLC is seeking an associate attorney with 3–5 years of experience for its Immigration practice. Positions are available in Pittsburgh, Detroit, Austin, Collin County, or Atlanta offices.

Ideal candidates will handle H-1Bs, PERMs, I-140s, AOS, L-1s, TNs and related matters, advising clients directly and preparing petitions for USCIS submission. The role requires strong advocacy, research, and writing abilities, and a high level of attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of immigration law experience.
• PERM experience is required.
• Advising clients on a multitude of immigration matters.
• Ability to prepare petitions and applications for USCIS submission.
• Strong advocacy, research, and writing skills; high attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary legal and strategic point of contact for assigned corporate clients
• Communicate case strategies, timelines, and government requirements
• Participate in client meetings, presentations, and immigration program reviews
• Review employment-based immigration petitions and applications prepared by paralegals including H-1Bs, PERMs, I-140s, AOS, L-1s, TNs, and others
• Draft legal support letters and responses to RFEs
• Lead regular client status calls, planning discussions, and escalations
