Qualifications

• JD from ABA-accredited law school required.
• Bar admission required.
• Strong written and oral communication skills essential.
• Ability to analyze complex statutes and regulatory issues.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with and advise individual and institutional clients, including universities and hospitals.
• Draft legal arguments and review forms for filings.
• Prepare and supervise filings for employment-based labor certifications and immigrant petitions.
• Supervise paralegals and support staff; maintain organized case files.
