Job summary

Fragomen is seeking a Business Immigration Associate in New York with a US JD or LLM and bar admission. The role focuses on advising clients, developing case strategies, and handling petitions with a team of professionals in a hybrid work setting.

You will support corporate mobility programs, conduct legal research, draft documents, and ensure timely client communication. Strong attention to detail and excellent written/verbal skills are essential.

Qualifications

• US JD or LLM required.
• Active membership in a US State bar or DC bar association.
• 2–3 years of experience at Associate level in immigration law.

Responsibilities

• Develop case strategies and counsel clients on non-immigrant and immigrant petitions.
• Research, draft, review, and prepare letters and legal documents.
• Communicate with clients and foreign nationals regarding procedures and strategy.
• Supervise and mentor junior associates and staff.
• Improve quality, efficiency, and standardization of processes.
