Bridger Law Group in Atlanta is hiring an Immigration Associate with 4+ years of deportation defense and humanitarian relief experience.

You'll join a supportive and collegial team and will manage about 250-300 cases (mix of active and low-touch) with the help of dedicated paralegals/case managers.

You will:

• Represent clients in immigration court, bond hearings, and USCIS interviews.
• Manage asylum, VAWA, U visas, T visas, I-130s, waivers, and AOS, as well as appeals and federal litigation.
• Salary: $110K/year to $140K/year plus origination fees and performance-based bonuses.

Schedule & Location

• Hybrid: Fully in-office in Peachtree Corners for 60-90 days, then 3 days in office with 2 days remote. Minimal travel, mostly Atlanta-based with occasional exceptions.
• Schedule: 9am to 6pm office hours. 40-50 hours/week (not the 60-80 some firms demand).
