Bridger Law Group in Atlanta seeks an Immigration Associate with 4+ years of deportation defense and humanitarian relief experience. You will handle a high-volume caseload with mentorship from the firm owner and collaborate with paralegals to advance cases.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in removal defense/humanitarian-based immigration.
• Fluency/proficiency in Spanish strongly preferred.
• J.D. and bar admission in any jurisdiction, with a preference for Georgia.
• Admission to federal district court, or willingness to obtain it.

Responsibilities

• Represent clients in immigration court, bond hearings, and USCIS interviews.
• Manage asylum, VAWA, U visas, T visas, I-130s, waivers, and AOS, as well as appeals and federal litigation.
• Collaborate with paralegals/case managers to ensure efficient case progression.
