Job summary

The International Rescue Committee in Miami, FL seeks an Immigrant Youth Program Coordinator to provide wrap-around case management for immigrant children and families, coordinating services and empowering clients to access education, resources, and support. You will supervise interns and collaborate with partners, while engaging communities through events and outreach.

Requires a Bachelor’s in social work or related field; minimum 5 years’ direct immigrant youth experience; fluent English

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in social work, international affairs, or human services.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in immigrant youth services preferred.
• Fluent in English; Spanish desired.

Responsibilities

• Provide wrap-around case management to immigrant children and families.
• Coordinate referrals and service planning with stakeholders.
• Lead and supervise interns and volunteers with regular meetings.
• Maintain accurate, confidential case documentation and data reporting.
• Represent IRC at community meetings and promote program visibility.
