Job summary

Ouzinkie Native Corporation seeks part-time role players to participate in realistic military training scenarios on U.S. bases. You will portray assigned cultural roles, stay in character, and follow strict safety and security procedures throughout missions.

Requirements include access to U.S. military installations, security/background checks, drug testing, and readiness to travel. Fluent English and language-specific skills are expected; flexibility for travel and varying shifts is essential.

Qualifications

• Must be able to gain and maintain access to US military installations.
• Must obtain and maintain any necessary security access and/or background checks.
• Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug test.
• Authorized to work in the United States
• Role players shall be physically capable of performing their assigned work.
• Ability to work for one or more days at a time at secured locations and work up to 12 hours per day.
• Must have flexibility in scheduling work hours and available for occasional travel.
• Must speak the required language and act in a manner consistent with the assigned role.
• Fluent in English and targeted language.

Responsibilities

• Adheres to training standards and stays in role during missions.
• Participate in weapons handling and training.
• Perform in urban/mounted operations and may be shot at with blanks.
• Die in place or be captured after a simulated firefight.
• Integrate into military scenarios using weapons and vehicles.
• Dress in costume appropriate to the role.
• Maintain regular and punctual attendance.
• Communicate courteously with colleagues and personnel.
