Job summary

Ouzinkie Native Corporation seeks an experienced training supervisor to plan and lead infantry immersion exercises, align scenarios with training objectives, and assess performance for readiness. You will coordinate pre-event planning, develop task lists, and work with scenario designers to embed critical METs and TTPs into scripts.

Strong leadership and communication are essential. You will review training standards, observe actions, and provide performance feedback to commanders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Management or another business-related field is required or relevant work experience may substitute on a year-for-year basis.
• Minimum four (4) years demonstrated knowledge of military doctrine, tactics, and command relationships at squad through company level.
• Familiarity with TTPs and lessons learned from official sources related to overseas contingency operations and battlefield environments.
• Familiarity with Marine Corps SAT, scenario development, exercise design and T&R requirements.
• Experience with training systems management and operations.

Responsibilities

• Provide supervision and support during Infantry Immersion Training and assist observers/controllers; input for after-action reviews and remediation actions.
• Coordinate pre-event planning with training unit and prerequisites.
• Design exercise links to objectives and METs; advise on resources and QA for training support.
• Develop task linkages to support stated objectives and collaborate on scripted actions with scenario designers.
• Develop training scenarios enabling commanders to attain PTP objectives and review training standards and tactical considerations.
