Job summary

Ouzinkie Native Corporation is seeking a Role Player to portray Indigenous characters in training scenarios for U.S. military personnel on a secured base.

The role requires staying in character, following security rules, and delivering convincing cultural portrayals within scripted or ad-lib contexts. The position requires language proficiency in English and a targeted language, with the ability to work up to 12 hours per day, involve occasional travel, and adhere to safety procedures in field

Qualifications

• Must be able to gain and maintain access to US military installations.
• Must obtain and maintain any necessary security access and/or background checks.
• Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug test.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Role players shall be physically capable of performing their assigned work.
• Flexibility in scheduling work hours and occasional travel.
• Must speak the required language and act in a manner consistent with the assigned role.
• Fluent in English and targeted language.

Responsibilities

• Always adheres to military training standards including but not limited to staying within assigned training lane.
• Remain in role during training mission and follow required security rules for the base.
• Accurately portray culture to U.S. military personnel.
• Participate in weapons handling and operation training when required.
• Perform in urban/mounted operations training and may be shot at using blank-firing weapons.
• Role players may be required to die in place or to be captured after a simulated firefight.
• Integrate into military scenarios using weapons, equipment, and various vehicles.
