Job summary

Channel Partners is seeking an experienced Meta Experience Expert to provide face-to-face demonstrations of Ray-Ban AI Glasses and Meta Quest products. You will educate customers, drive hands-on experiences, and process transactions in a fast-paced retail environment.

The role emphasizes superior customer service, strong communication, and reliable teamwork. Training is provided, with hourly pay and opportunities for growth in a growing company.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years of customer-facing experience in premium retail.
• Proven experience in presentation, public speaking, and/or storytelling.

Responsibilities

• Be a subject matter expert! Fully understand the features and benefits of our client’s products including accessories.
• Conduct world-class demonstrations of our clients’ mixed reality and wearable products within the dedicated space by creating immersive experiences with consumers that influence how they play, learn & experience the world around them
• Process consumer transactions using our clients Point of Sale (POS) system
• Achieve all goals and key performance indicators; in partnership with the Retail Manager, develop action plans when targets are not met
• Perform day to day operations, including but not limited to; opening and closing procedures and maintain interactive customer displays
• Show up on time with a can-do attitude, ready to support team goals and daily operations.
• Other duties as assigned by management
