Job summary

Channel Partners Solutions in Las Vegas is seeking a Meta Experience Expert to deliver white-glove demos of Ray-Ban AI Glasses and Meta Quest at the Wynn Resort. You will educate consumers and convert demos into new customer acquisitions, acting as the face of our client's brand with a high level of service.

Ideal candidates are tech-savvy with exceptional communication, detail orientation, and the ability to work evenings and weekends in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 2+ years of customer-facing experience in premium retail.
• Proven presentation, public speaking, and storytelling skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver world-class demonstrations of mixed reality and wearable products to educate and engage customers.
• Contribute to achieving KPI targets in partnership with Retail Manager.
• Process consumer transactions using the Point of Sale system.
• Maintain interactive displays and open/close procedures as part of daily operations.
• Be punctual, team-oriented, and flexible for nights and weekends.

Education

High School Diploma or equivalent
