College Station ISD is seeking Substitute Employees (Teachers and Paraprofessionals) for the 2026-2027 school year. This part-time role covers 7.5 hours per day and reports to Human Resources, campus principals, supervisors, and teachers as applicable.

The starting date is immediate, with duties including supporting classrooms when regular teachers are absent and following established routines and safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Provide meaningful instruction to students in the assigned classroom while the regular teacher is absent.
• Review and implement the regular teacher's routines, procedures, lesson plans, and curriculum objectives.
• Maintain student attendance records and any other required documentation.
• Supervise classroom dismissal, including for recess and transitions.
• Notify the school office before leaving campus regarding any serious issues or whether you are expected to return the following day.
