Pulaski County Special School District's Robinson Middle School in Little Rock, Arkansas is seeking a Special Education Para to assist teachers and support students with disabilities. The role focuses on one-on-one and small group instruction under certified staff supervision, and supports daily classroom operations and student care needs.

The position reports to the building principal, with duties including behavior support, classroom assistance, and coordinated activities.

• Provide one on one or group instruction under supervision of a certified teacher.
• Implement behavior management as directed by the teacher/principal.
• Assist with student personal care needs including feeding, toileting, dressing, and other supports as needed.
• Administer medications and medical supports as prescribed by the school nurse.
• Complete daily work schedules and assist with classroom maintenance.
• Help with lunchroom, recess, and bus duties as needed.
• Follow Board policies and district guidelines.
