Job summary

U-Haul International, Inc. is seeking a Customer Service Representative to be the face of our exceptional service. You will assist customers, manage rentals using U-Scan tech, move and hook trucks, and inspect equipment on the lot while educating customers about products and services.

The role offers on-the-job education with interviews and potential bonuses, and is based at U-Haul locations in the United States. Training and certifications may be provided for propane and forklift operations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to maintain a good driving record.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers inside and outside a U-Haul center with products and services.
• Use smartphone-based U-Scan technology to manage rentals and inventory.
• Move and hook up U-Haul trucks and trailers.
• Inspect equipment on the lot and check fluid levels.
• Answer questions and educate customers regarding products and services.
