Job summary

Guardian Angel Senior Services is hiring compassionate caregivers to help seniors remain safe, comfortable, and independent at home across Milford and nearby towns. We welcome both experienced caregivers and entry-level applicants and provide training and support to help you succeed.

Roles include companionship, personal care, meals, light housekeeping, medication reminders, errands, and transportation as needed.

Qualifications

• A compassionate, reliable, and professional attitude.
• Clear communication skills and the ability to follow directions.
• Previous caregiving, HHA, CNA, PCA, homemaker, or personal-care experience is preferred but not required.
• Willingness to learn—no experience? We will train you.
• Reliable transportation is strongly preferred.
• US work authorization to work in the United States.
• Ability to complete required background checks.

Responsibilities

• Provide companionship and emotional support.
• Assist with personal care, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
• Prepare meals and help with light housekeeping.
• Provide medication reminders.
• Assist with errands, grocery shopping, and transportation as needed.
• Follow each client's individualized care plan.
• Observe and report changes in a client's condition to the office team.

Location: Milford, MA, with opportunities in Mendon, Millville, Blackstone, Bellingham, Franklin, Medway, and Hopedale
Job type: Full-time, part-time, and per diem
Pay: Competitive hourly pay with Daily Pay available
