Guardian Angel Senior Services is hiring Home Health Aides, CNAs, PCAs, Homemakers, and Experienced Caregivers to serve seniors in Lexington, Bedford, Burlington, and surrounding communities in Massachusetts.

We offer full-time, part-time, weekends, block hours, and flexible mother’s hours with schedules built close to home. Join a trusted team with paid orientation, ongoing training, and opportunities for growth and referrals.

Qualifications

• HHA/CNA/PCA or caregiving experience preferred.
• Reliable transportation a plus.
• Ability to pass a background check.
• Excellent communication and person-centered care.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care, grooming, and mobility support.
• Offer companionship and emotional support to clients.
• Assist with meal planning and preparation.
• Give medication reminders as directed by caregivers.
• Light housekeeping and laundry to maintain a safe home.

Your Responsibilities

As a Home Health Aide, you'll help seniors remain safe and independent in the comfort of their own homes by providing:

• Personal care (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting)
• Companion care and emotional support
• Meal planning and preparation
• Medication reminders
• Light housekeeping and laundry
• Transportation to appointments and errands
• Mobility and transfer assistance
• Safety monitoring and meaningful companionship
