Guardian Angel Senior Services, Inc. is hiring compassionate caregivers to help seniors remain safe, comfortable, and independent at home. We welcome experienced caregivers and entry-level applicants and provide training and support to help you succeed.

Based in Milford, MA, with opportunities nearby. We offer flexible full-time, part-time, and per-diem shifts, Daily Pay, and paid training. No prior experience required—we will train you to deliver quality in-home care.

Qualifications

• Compassionate, reliable, professional attitude.
• Clear communication skills and ability to follow directions.
• Caregiving experience preferred but not required; training provided.

Responsibilities

• Provide companionship and emotional support.
• Assist with personal care (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting).
• Prepare meals and help with light housekeeping.
• Provide medication reminders.
• Help with errands, grocery shopping, and transportation as needed.
• Follow each client's individualized care plan.
• Observe and report changes in a client's condition to the office team.

Responsibilities vary by role and each client's individualized care plan and may include:

• Provide companionship and emotional support.

What We're Looking For

• Previous caregiving, HHA, CNA, PCA, homemaker, or personal-care experience is preferred but not required.

• Willingness to learn-no experience? We will train you.

• Reliable transportation is strongly preferred.

• Authorization to work in the United States.

• Ability to complete required background checks.
