TFT Global Inc. is seeking a Quality Services Supervisor to lead and support Team Leaders and Inspectors in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.

This position requires hands-on leadership on the floor and a commitment to quality and customer satisfaction. You will balance people, quality, customer service, and day-to-day operations, developing employees, coordinating daily schedules, and ensuring compliance with policies and customer requirements.

Qualificações

• Previous supervisory or team leadership experience.
• Experience in quality inspection, manufacturing, warehouse, automotive, or related environment.
• Experience scheduling employees and coordinating daily staffing needs.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Experience coaching, training, or developing employees.
• Familiarity with ISO standards, 5S, quality procedures, or continuous improvement.

Are you an experienced team leader, supervisor, or quality professional who knows how to keep a team organized, solve problems, and deliver great service to customers?

TFT Global Inc. is looking for a Quality Services Supervisor to lead and support Team Leaders and Inspectors in a fast-paced customer-focused environment. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys being on the floor with their team, developing employees, coordinating daily operations, solving problems, and ensuring quality and customer expectations are met.

What You'll Do

As a Quality Services Supervisor, you'll:

• Supervise and provide daily direction to assigned teams of Team Leaders and Inspectors

• Coordinate daily schedules and staffing to support customer requirements


• Coach, train, and develop employees to improve individual and team performance


• Assist with new employee orientation and ongoing training


• Monitor employee performance and provide input for performance reviews


• Help ensure accurate daily operational and quality data


• Complete scheduled Layered Process Audits (LPAs)


• Support 5S, ISO procedures, safety, quality, and continuous improvement


• Troubleshoot operational issues and help identify improvements


• Work closely with customer representatives and Shipping & Receiving


• Review and authorize employee time sheets


• Help ensure teams consistently follow company policies, procedures, and customer requirements


• Promote a positive, professional, and team-focused work environment

We're looking for a hands-on leader who can balance people, quality, customer service, and day-to-day operations.

Ideal candidates will bring:

• Previous supervisory, team lead, or people leadership experience


• Experience in quality inspection, manufacturing, warehouse, automotive, production, or a related environment


• Experience scheduling employees and coordinating daily staffing needs


• Strong communication and customer service skills


• Experience coaching, training, or developing employees


• Good problem-solving and troubleshooting skills


• Familiarity with ISO standards, 5S, quality procedures, or continuous improvement


• Ability to use computers for scheduling, timekeeping, data review, communication, and other daily tasks


• Flexibility to support changing customer and operational needs


• A valid driver's license and reliable transportation, as some local travel is required
