Job summary

TFT Global Inc. in Spring Hill, TN, is seeking a Quality Team Leader to provide hands-on leadership to a team of Quality Inspectors on the production floor. You will train staff, communicate expectations, and ensure compliance with 5S, ISO procedures, and customer requirements.

Responsibilities include reviewing quality and production data, guiding onboarding, supporting continuous improvement, safety initiatives, and accurate timekeeping. Some local travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Experience in quality inspection or manufacturing environment.
• Ability to train and mentor coworkers.
• Strong communication and attention to detail.
• Ability to follow and explain work instructions.
• Basic computer skills and the ability to learn job-related systems.
• Familiarity with 5S, ISO procedures, or continuous improvement is a plus.

TFT Global Inc. is looking for a Quality Team Leader to provide hands-on leadership to a team of Quality Inspectors. This is a great opportunity for someone who is ready to take the next step into leadership while still working directly with the team on the floor.

You don't necessarily need years of management experience. We're looking for someone who understands quality, communicates well, can train and guide others, and is ready for more responsibility. The position provides hands-on supervision of assigned Inspectors, employee training, quality-related documentation, data review, competency reviews, and customer communication.

What You'll Do

As a Quality Team Leader, you'll:

• Provide hands-on leadership and daily direction to Quality Inspectors

We're especially interested in candidates with quality inspection or manufacturing experience who are ready to grow into a lead role.

Ideal candidates will have:

• Experience in quality inspection, quality control, manufacturing, production, automotive, warehouse, or a related environment

• Experience training, mentoring, guiding, or supporting coworkers
• Strong communication skills
• Good attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Ability to follow and explain work instructions and procedures
• Basic computer skills and the ability to learn job-related systems and scanners
• Familiarity with 5S, ISO procedures, or continuous improvement is a plus
• Ability to work effectively with employees and customers
• Flexibility to meet changing customer and operational needs
• A valid driver's license, reliable vehicle, and vehicle insurance, as some local travel is required
