This hands-on role requires balancing people, quality, and daily operations, coaching staff, coordinating schedules, and driving continuous improvement while upholding customer expectations.

Qualifications

• Hands-on leader with experience balancing people, quality, and day-to-day operations.
• Experience in quality inspection, manufacturing, warehouse, automotive, or related environments.
• Experience scheduling employees and coordinating staffing needs.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Experience coaching or developing employees.

Responsabilités

• Supervise and direct teams of Team Leaders and Inspectors daily.
• Coordinate schedules and staffing to meet customer requirements.
• Coach and develop employees to improve performance.
• Assist with new employee orientation and ongoing training.
• Monitor performance and support performance reviews.
• Ensure accurate daily operation and quality data.
• Conduct LPAs and support ISO procedures and safety.
• Collaborate with customer reps and Shipping/Receiving.
• Review and approve time sheets.
• Promote a positive, professional team environment.

Are you an experienced team leader, supervisor, or quality professional who knows how to keep a team organized, solve problems, and deliver great service to customers?

TFT Global Inc. is looking for a Quality Services Supervisor to lead and support Team Leaders and Inspectors in a fast-paced customer-focused environment. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys being on the floor with their team, developing employees, coordinating daily operations, solving problems, and ensuring quality and customer expectations are met.

What You'll Do

• Supervise and provide daily direction to assigned teams of Team Leaders and Inspectors
• Coordinate daily schedules and staffing to support customer requirements
• Coach, train, and develop employees to improve individual and team performance
• Assist with new employee orientation and ongoing training
• Monitor employee performance and provide input for performance reviews
• Help ensure accurate daily operational and quality data
• Complete scheduled Layered Process Audits (LPAs)
• Support 5S, ISO procedures, safety, quality, and continuous improvement
• Troubleshoot operational issues and help identify improvements
• Work closely with customer representatives and Shipping & Receiving
• Review and authorize employee time sheets
• Help ensure teams consistently follow company policies, procedures, and customer requirements
• Promote a positive, professional, and team-focused work environment

Requirements

We're looking for a hands-on leader who can balance people, quality, customer service, and day-to-day operations.

Ideal candidates will bring:

• Previous supervisory, team lead, or people leadership experience
• Experience in quality inspection, manufacturing, warehouse, automotive, production, or a related environment
• Experience scheduling employees and coordinating daily staffing needs
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Experience coaching, training, or developing employees
