Job summary

MEDICAL ON DEMAND LLC is seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to provide primary care in Venice, Florida. This full-time permanent role involves seeing 12–17 patients daily and delivering care according to evidence-based guidelines and national standards.

The ideal candidate has at least 3 years in Managed Care with Medicare experience, holds an FL license, and can work independently with strong patient relations.

Qualifications

• 3 years of experience in Managed Care with Medicare exposure for NP/PA (no new grads).
• FL license required and the ability to work independently.
• Strong people skills and patient care focus.

Responsibilities

• Provide primary care to Advantage Care patients (12–17 patients per day).
• Perform assessment, documentation, treatment, and evaluation of care per national standards and guidelines.

Job description

We are looking for an experienced Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant with Managed Care experience to join our Physician and provide coverage in Venice FL. This is a Full-time Permanent position. You will be seeing @ 12-17 patients per day and providing primary care to our Advantage Care patients requiring assessment, documentation, treatment, and evaluation of care based on national standards and evidence-based guidelines.

Must be familiar with HEDIS measures and able to work independently The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience working in Managed Care and Medicare experience as an NP/PA ( no new graduates will be considered) FL license required, with good people and patient care skills.
