Qualifications

• Active Florida NP or PA license required.
• Minimum 3 years NP/PA experience preferred.
• Experience in Managed Care, Medicare Advantage or Value-Based Care.
• Experience with HEDIS measures preferred.
• Strong communication and patient care skills.
• Comfortable working independently.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive outpatient care for adult and geriatric patients.
• Deliver value-based care focused on improving quality metrics and patient outcomes.
• Maintain accurate EMR documentation and support quality initiatives (HEDIS/Medicare Advantage).
