Job summary

Qualifications

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds on a consistent basis throughout the day.
• Experience in a manufacturing or warehouse environment is preferred.
• Proficiency with basic computer tools (Word, Excel, Teams, Outlook) and good record-keeping skills.

Responsibilities

• Work in a production environment with strong safety awareness.
• Follow all safety protocols and contribute to a safety culture.
• Apply organic coatings to acrylic, polycarbonate, and glass substrates in a cleanroom with PPE.
• Operate and monitor UV curing robots and TPMs on equipment.
• Wear a respirator as required and maintain an organized workspace.
• Collaborate with team members and support engagement initiatives.
