Job summary

FullShift Staffing, LLC is seeking a licensed nursing assistant to provide routine nursing care under the direction of nursing leadership. The role focuses on delivering high-quality resident care in accordance with established policies and procedures.

The ideal candidate holds a valid CNA license, has at least 6 months of CNA experience or clinical exposure during training, and communicates effectively in English.

Qualifications

• Must hold a state CNA license.
• Minimum 6 months CNA experience or clinical experience during nursing assistant training.
• Ability to read, write and speak English.
• Ability to deal tactfully with residents, families, visitors and staff.

Responsibilities

• Make resident rounds at the start of each shift and every two hours thereafter to provide quality nursing care.
• Verify resident identification before administering care or serving meals to ensure correct care.
• Make beds and clean bedside and overbed tables.
• Ensure water pitchers are cleaned, filled with fresh drinking water within residents' reach.
• Perform other duties as assigned by Charge Nurse, RN Supervisor, Director of Nurses or Administrator.
