Prime Healthcare Illinois Medical Group seeks an Immediate Care Advanced Practice Provider (NP/PA) to join a newly integrated 214-bed hospital in Olympia Fields, delivering fast, accessible care in a vibrant South Suburbs community.

Responsibilities include urgent care for all ages, performing procedures, and patient education, with a focus on quality and efficiency in a modern outpatient setting. A comprehensive benefits package accompanies base salary and incentives.

Formación

• Board-certified Nurse Practitioner (Family or Acute Care) or Physician Assistant.
• Current Illinois license (or eligibility) and DEA.
• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in Urgent Care, Immediate Care, Emergency Medicine, or Family Practice strongly preferred.
• Passion for patient-centered care and thriving in a fast-paced environment.

Position Highlights:

• Provide exceptional immedate/urgent care for minor illnesses, acute conditions, and walk-in patients of all ages in a modern outpatient setting.
• Perform evaluations, diagnostics, treatments, procedures (e.g., suturing, splinting, minor procedures), and patient education with full scope of practice support.
• Enjoy flexible scheduling, predictable volume, and a collaborative teamof physicians and staff focused on quality and efficiency.
• Competitive compensation package including base salary, productivity incentives, comprehensive benefits (health, dental, vision, retirement), malpractice coverage, CME allowance, and generous PTO.

Pay Transparency

Prime Healthcare Illinois Medical Group offers competitive compensation and a comprehensive benefits package that provides employees the flexibility to tailor benefits according to their individual needs. Our Total Rewards package includes, but is not limited to, paid time off, a 401K retirement plan, medical, dental, and vision coverage, tuition reimbursement, and many more voluntary benefit options. A reasonable compensation estimate for this role, which includes estimated wages, benefits, and other forms of compensation, is $115,000.00 to $130,000.00 on an annualized basis. The exact starting compensation to be offered will be determined at the time of selecting an applicant for hire, in which a wide range of factors will be considered, including but not limited to, skillset, years of applicable experience, education, credentials and licensure.
