Job summary

Prime Healthcare Illinois Medical Group seeks an Immediate Care Advanced Practice Provider (NP/PA) to join our new Olympia Fields facility in a fast-paced outpatient environment.

The role requires board-certified NP or PA with an Illinois license (or eligibility) and 1–2 years of urgent care or family practice experience. We offer flexible scheduling, a comprehensive benefits package, and CME allowance in a supportive team setting.

Qualifications

• Board-certified Nurse Practitioner (Family or Acute Care) or Physician Assistant.
• Current Illinois license (or eligible) and DEA.
• Minimum 1–2 years of Urgent Care/Immediate Care/ER or Family Practice experience preferred.
• Passion for patient-centered care in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional immediate/urgent care for minor illnesses and acute conditions in a modern outpatient setting.
• Perform evaluations, diagnostics, treatments, procedures (e.g., suturing, splinting) and patient education with full scope of practice support.
