Job summary

Purple Innovation, LLC is seeking an IMM Operator - Mix II to join our production team. The role focuses on keeping mix equipment running efficiently, adhering to safety and company procedures, and supporting engineering and maintenance on troubleshooting tasks.

Strong teamwork and computer skills are essential for success on the shop floor. This full-time position involves 30–40 hours weekly with a focus on quality, labeling, packaging, and data recording at key production steps.

• Strong computer skills; Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Ensure mix equipment is running at peak efficiencies.
• Follow all production and machine protocols prioritizing safety.
• Handle equipment starting and stopping activities during each shift.
• Load and unload items from machines and dollies.
• Ensure processes follow company protocol and timely data recording.
• Label and package finished items and maintain equipment cleanliness.
• Assist Engineering and Maintenance in troubleshooting issues.

We need someone who is ready to work hard every day and be a great addition to our team. As a IMM Operator - Mix II, you are responsible for keeping up with the demands while operating safely.

Job Description

Essential Duties & Responsibilities: Ensure mix equipment is running at peak efficiencies. Follow all production and machine protocols putting safety above all else. Handle equipment starting and stopping activities during each designated shift. Load and unload items from machines and dollies. Ensure that all processes are followed in accordance with company protocol. Make sure that appropriate safety measures are considered at every step of the production process. Inspect product and record data at appropriate steps of the production cycle. Make sure that tools and equipment are cleaned and maintained properly at the end of each shift. Responsible for proper labelling and packaging of finished items Assist Engineering and Maintenance in troubleshooting issues.

Required Skills, Education, Experience:

Repetitive motions that may include the wrists, hands and/or fingers. Assessing the accuracy, neatness and thoroughness of work assigned.
