Job summary

Purple Innovation, LLC is seeking a Maintenance Mechanic to work on complex repairs and installations. You will read manuals and work orders to perform maintenance and service, diagnose problems, replace parts, test equipment, and adjust as needed.

The role requires 3–7 years of maintenance experience, a high school diploma or equivalent, and proficiency with measurement tools; knowledge of industrial/warehouse environments is a plus.

Compensation

The compensation target for this role is: $23.00 - $27.00

What we’re looking for

Physical Requirements

This position is active and regularly requires standing, walking, bending, kneeling, stooping, crouching, crawling, and climbing. The employee must frequently lift and/or move items over 75 pounds. Required vision abilities include close, distance, color, and peripheral vision; depth perception; and the ability to adjust focus. Work may occur indoors or outdoors and may involve temperatures below 32 degrees or above 100 degrees, high noise, vibration, moving mechanical parts, electrical current, elevated surfaces, heat, chemicals, dust, mist, gases, odors, or poor ventilation. Travel to other locations or specialized training may be required.

Work Hours (Good Faith Estimate)

This full-time position is expected to work approximately 30-40 hours per week. This is a good faith estimate, and actual hours may vary based on business needs.
