Memorial Hermann is seeking an RN for the Critical Care IMCU at Memorial City Hospital in Houston for full-time night shift, with a focus on delivering high-quality, patient-centered care in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate has IMCU/PCU RN experience, holds a Texas license, and maintains BLS certification. Minimum experience levels vary by rank, from RN I to RN IV, with opportunities for professional growth and ongoing competency development.

Formación

• Graduate of an accredited School of Professional Nursing; BSN preferred.
• Current State of Texas license or temporary/compact license to practice professional nursing.
• Certified in Basic Life Support.
• Additional certifications may be required based on discipline and/or nursing unit requirements.
• RN I <1 year; RN II = 1-3 years; RN III = 3-10 years; RN IV = 10+ years.

Responsabilidades

• Delivers safe and appropriate care to patients, according to nursing skills inventory and patient age/needs.
• Coordinates planning for delivery of nursing care with an interdisciplinary team.
• Collaborates with and may delegate to the healthcare team for positive outcomes based on data and standards of care.
• Develops/implements discharge and/or transfer plans.
• Participates in program evaluation, process improvement, and patient-centered outcomes.
• Adheres to regulations and standards and Memorial Hermann policies.
