Memorial Hermann Health System is seeking an experienced registered nurse for inpatient Medical-Surgical/IMCU settings. This role collaborates with physicians and the healthcare team to provide comprehensive patient care, including assessments, exams assistance, patient education and thorough medical record documentation.

Minimum qualifications include BSN preferred, Texas RN license with BLS, and RN experience ranging from 1–3 years to 10+ years depending on unit.

Qualificações

• Graduate of an accredited School of Professional Nursing; BSN preferred.
• Current Texas license to practice professional nursing; BLS certification required.
• RN experience: 1–3 years (RN II) or 3–10 years (RN III) or 10+ years (RN IV).

Responsabilidades

• Delivers safe and appropriate care to patients based on age and needs.
• Coordinates nursing care with an interdisciplinary team and makes clinical decisions.
• Collaborates with healthcare team to achieve positive patient outcomes through standards of care.
• Develops discharge and transfer plans.
• Participates in program evaluation and process improvement.
• Ensures service standards and patient experience are optimized.
• Adheres to regulatory and nursing standards.
• Supports professional growth and may serve as preceptor or mentor.
• Models compassionate, personalized care to every community member.
• Other duties as assigned.
