Job summary

Qualifications

• Baccalaureate degree in nursing preferred.
• 2 years inpatient experience required.
• 3 years experience in an acute care inpatient unit preferred.
• Current CPR/BLS certification required.
• ACLS within 6 months required.
• National certification in relevant specialty preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor the IMC nursing team to provide high-acuity care.
• Coordinate staffing, assignments, and resource allocation for optimal patient outcomes.
• Partner with management on hiring, patient experience, and operational strategy.
• Collaborate across multidisciplinary teams to resolve clinical and operational challenges.
