Responsibilities

• Safely transport patients to imaging and other hospital departments using wheelchairs or stretchers.
• Assist patients with transfers, positioning, and movement while maintaining dignity, comfort, and safety.
• Assist radiologic technologists and physicians with patient positioning during imaging procedures as directed.
• Verify patient identification before examinations or procedures.
• Maintain department equipment and ensure a clean, safe environment.
