Job summary

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree in Radiologic Technology.
• Two years of radiology or medical imaging experience.
• ARRT certification required.

Responsibilities

• Explain imaging procedures to patients and position them for X-ray, CT, and MRI as ordered.
• Operate radiologic and MRI equipment to produce diagnostic images while following physicians’ orders and radiation safety rules.
• Review developed images for diagnostic quality and perform basic quality control checks on equipment.
• Monitor patient conditions during procedures and provide post-procedure instructions and support.
• Maintain radiology supplies and the imaging suite, and participate in team meetings and process improvements.
