In this role, the Imaging Technologist is responsible for the preparation and execution of MR, X-Ray, and CT procedures. You will have an exciting opportunity to warmly greet & welcome patients/visitors/staff and assist radiologists and other physicians in performing exams when necessary. Additional duties include assessing patient condition, producing high-quality radiographic images, and ensuring adherence to safety standards.

This is a full-time position, located at NYP/Brooklyn Methodist, covering X-ray, CT, and MR services:

Tuesday 10:30pm - 8:00am

Wednesday 10:30pm - 8:00am

Friday 10:30pm - 8:00am

Saturday 11:00pm - 8:00am

Preferred Criteria:

• N.Y. State Department of Health IV Certification
• ARRT Advanced Modality certification - MR and/or CT

Required Criteria:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Graduate from an accredited program in the school of Radiologic Technology
• Must obtain at least 24 continuing education credits every 2 years as per ARRT requirements
• N.Y. State Department of Health X-ray License
• American Registry of Radiologic Technologists Certification
• At least 1 year of experience in the area of service
